We were very happy with Transitions. They did excellent work and they were willing to work within our short time line and budget. They finished everything on schedule and they were very professional and organized. I liked them over other contractors because they include the designer and they have a show room with tile/cabinets/etc. so i felt Iï¸t was a little bit less overwhelming. With that said, they are on the expensive end, so if you're on a tight budget, they're not ideal.

I have remodeled a few properties. Working with Transitions was the worst experience I have had in home ownership. I would never recommend them and have actively warned my neighbors away.
They are unethical. They overcharge for low end products. I believe they use bait and switch techniques. They told us tile was twice as much as we were quoted AFTER it was installed. They pulled something similar with hardwood floors.
The quality of their work is poor. We are still repairing damage. Their designers are under educated and messed up our tile order - think mismatched whites.
We are about to start a complete kitchen renovation and the first thing I said to our interior designer was that I would never work with Transitions. I would run in the other direction from Transitions.
