If i could rate this ZERO stars i would. Travis with right way was the worst person i have ever hired for a job! I had a furnace and ac installed and had nothing but problems. He burnt the side of my house, and was very negligent about telling me. When i confronted him he didn't apologize nor offer to fix it. After my ac was installed and running couple days later my coils completely froze, due to him not putting enough freon in. (which he even admitted) Then after that it began leaking freon and was not cooling down my house. I notified Travis and he didn't care. Wouldn't answer my calls or texts. Then finally got ahold of him and he "forgot" to come out after promising to get it resolved. Long story short he ignored me and wouldn't fix it! I had to hire another company to come out. Very unfortunate, wouldn't recommend him to anyone!!
