    $200,000

    Extremely poor work and very dishonest. Failed to obtain proper permits. We had to hire an architect afterward to draw up demolition plans and another contractor to reapply and redo all his work. Stunningly bad and very costly experience. To top it off he filed a lien on our house and we’ve had to hire an attorney to invalidate it. A very sneaky and deceptive con man. Avoid.

    I would not recommend Travis Toole, my project is still incomplete after a year. Time frame was nine weeks. The work was far beyond his skill level, and his finish work is not only poor, but now I have to replace.

    He also brought me to small claims for final payment when the work is far from being completed. Case was dismissed.
