Their heating and air conditioning service is a scam. I called them because my heat pump was running on auxiliary mode when it was 10 degrees outside. Instead of telling me that was normal they cane out, convinced me it was the thermostat, charged me a total of $375.00 for nothing but lies. Then they billed my brother with a completely different name.
