Was very friendly and professional at the beginning of the job, but then failed to complete the work properly and refussed to come back and repair the mistakes that they made. Did not return on date promised to complete repairs and will not return phone calls.

Owner
We had a waterline break in our kitchen, we had damages to all carpet and half of wood floors in the home, baseboards and lower kitchen cabinets. Josh was great on the initial walk through and explained what would be done and that everything would get fixed in a timely manner. I did so much work, running around and phone calls for this project I should have gotten paid...progress was very slow, his flooring guys took weeks to come out, we were promised they would move all furniture and put it back exactly where I wanted it...well that didn't happen-they were 4 hours late and my husband and I moved all furniture in and out of 5 rooms. The termite crew left cigarette butts and broken mason bits all over the yard(mind you we lived in the home through all work)...his contractor fee is ridiculous for what little to no work he does. We also went weeks without a fully functioning kitchen and my husband did over 50% of there jobs(which all in all did save us money). His painter(Brock) told me he wasn't a painter and hated painted but the real painter was to busy. We only had one room painted by them, I did the rest. The carpenter, Jimmy, was the better of them but his old truck leaked a lot of oil all over our driveway (stains are still there). Someone on Josh's "crew" needed our outside hose one day and when it was frozen solid they took it upon themselves to just cut it and never said a word about it. Josh never answered our phone calls and was always late. He does however like to text...Josh works a full time job at BMW on 3rd shift--I believe he needs to stick with one profession only. He came recommended by a mutual friend. Had someone told it would have been a nightmare working with them we would have taken our business elsewhere.
