  Installation of a window

  Eric Treadwell took 2000 dollars for a down payment from me for installation on a window project and never showed up excuses when I called hired a attorney and filed a lawsuit.. he is no good . And now I found out their is a warrant for his arrest.. for similar activity.

  Bathroom remodel

  DO NOT HIRE! I had my bathroom remodeled (if that's what you call it) STILL having issues and they said daily that they would be back to fix. Nobody ever shows. Work is not great (I have alot of photos to show poor work) I am also filing a grievance with the BBB. It's not just Eric, the contractor, it's the whole crew. They ALL knew what Eric was doing and they apparently don't care. They talk a good talk. I had to hire a lawyer just to get the job where it is now, so do yourself a favor and STAY CLEAR!! The whole crew are scammers.

  Bathroom remodel

  DO NOT call this guy for ANY work. I had my bathroom done. Absolute nightmare. I had to call a lawyer just to get the work done, if that's what you call it. I continue to have issues with hot water in my tub, they give you a date and time they are coming and just don't show up. Supposedly the "crew" disbanded from Eric Treadwell and are now on their own, but even working with them, trying to get the mechanism fixed so I have hot water, even they continue to say they will be there to fix it and never show, and they are the ones that put it in!! I was told I was one of the lucky ones by one of his crew because my bathroom was completed. REALLY?? Because it's not complete. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and will list EVERY NAME on his crew. As well as the woman who handles the financial end of it. She knows he's a crook and helped him every step of the way. I will do whatever I have to so none of these people scam another person!!!

  Deck Build

  ERIC YALE TREADWELL is a SCAMMER. His company PRECISION DECKS stole $10k from my wife and I on a deck build. He took a deposit of $10k and bought materials before we signed anything and agreed to plans. When we backed out (after finding out hes been arrested multiple times for this exact same thing) he said he couldn't return materials (lie), that we verbally agreed to the job (lie), and that it will take time (truth.... forever actually). He even gave us a photoshopped receipt of the materials (deck pilons), and when i confronted the supplier he said to speak with his lawyers. AVOID HIM AND REPORT HIM. He needs to have all licenses revoked.

  Basement entrance

  Never recommend to anyone. Lie after lie. Four months later and I am left with a unfinished mess. A fire hazard with the cold weather moving in. Save yourself the stress and hire anyone else. I wish that I never got involved with them. Very messy work.

  Check this guy for arrest records and past scams! He scammed me! Hundreds of Lies, Excuses, Lateness, then takes off with your money when he can't con you out of any more money. Treadwell Enterprises; Bath Works; OPM; Tri-State Pro Builders; has used numerous business name. Don't be yet another victim--do your homework!
