    Small roof repair

    Ron Latte did a roof repair on our newly purchased home in savanna clubwhich the previous owner had hired. They were to replace drip edges on both house and garage. No leaks, until they finished. They removed unnecessarily rows of singles and left the property in shambles. That afternoon it began to leak. They came back 2 or three times and each time created more leaks. I have water damage through my newly textured ceiling in 4 areas, and at least 5 leaks in my garage, not to mention items that were stored and became water logged due to his incompetence. Refused to call back ad told me to find other avenues even though he gave life time warranty. In my opinion he is a con artist. Please beware of this company. I have plenty of dated pics of the damage this company has done..

    They came in April 2015 to repair a roof leak for $400.00, took them 1/2 hour. Had someone else look at it and told me all they did was put some waterproofing on the roof. Here it is August 2015 and it is leaking worse than before.

    They did a great job repairing a roof leak. They were prompt, took pictures every step of the way, provided a detailed accounting of all work done, and finished it on time in one day. I would recommend Ron Latta and Treasure Coast Concepts. A pleasure to deal with.
