I feel very honored to write this review as I am extremely pleased with the outcome of my remodeling.
I want to thank Treeium for sending their top Senior Project Manager, Guy Borenstein to work with me on my project of remodeling/upgrading my kitchen, living dining room and powder room. Also a big thanks to Maya, who is the foreman overseeing the entire crew.
Guy was extremely knowledge, very patient and spent hours revising and amending my contract as I constantly changed my mind and needed several revisions and Guy went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. It’s important to also mention that Treeuim’s quote was extremely reasonable compared to several other contractors.
Every team member that walked into my home, way exceeded my expectations on all levels. All the workers were highly skilled and efficient as well very respectful and courteous at all times.
Treeium’s painters were not only exceptionally skilled and efficient, they rehung all my items on the walls without even asking. I also noticed little details such as light plates were cleaned and dried before installing back on the wall.
Their tiling expect did an outstanding job on my new tile floor and also did an immaculate job on my backsplash and fireplace. Before he left, every backsplash tile was polished and cleaned! WOW
The cabinet and counter team once again were amazing and the outcome looks fabulous.
Their electrician/plumbing team were very knowledge and even returned on a Saturday to ensure that my oven was in 100% working condition.
My project is now complete and I am so thankful to Guy Borenstein and his entire team for everything.

Yay! I’m finally done with my project and I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Erez Shifferman & Treeium. Erez, you brought trust back to my realm of working with contractors, thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me! I interviewed Erez as a part of cautiously trying to commit to executing a general remodel that I was thinking of for a long time, and I immediately connected with him. I knew right then and there that I would work well with him because you definitely want to feel comfortable and communicate well with the person who is going to be in charge of your once in a life time remodeling project. In my opinion, this is true to any scale project, not necessarily an involved and longer one.
Erez was able to show me his company profile, all of their contractors licenses and paperwork. This put my mind at ease and I decided to go with Treeium. Now, when the project is completed , I’m happy to say that the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail blow me away. I am very pleased with all of the work done. Erez was always available by text or phone call, and he spent a lot of time helping me make decisions and going over options. I never felt rushed or that my needs were not met.
The entire process went smoothly despite the fact that my daughter and I lived in the home the entire time. I even have two inside dogs and they always made sure to keep their water bowl full and put them outside and clean up when needed. Every room was transformed beautifully. It looks like a new home! Actually, the project took longer than expected because I ended up adding more and more to the original scope of work after I saw how smooth, worry free and well handled the process has been. I figured I might as well get it all done and finish my dream list. Communication was key for me throughout the process, and Erez masters that very well, regardless to what time the clock reads. Bottom line, I was very well served with nothing but professionalism, great quality of workmanship, communication and honesty. Thank you again Erez & Treeium for a very well done job! Treeium and Erez Shifferman our project manager were amazing! We’ve suffered through way too many hot summers in our own home until we just couldn’t take it anymore. We met with several companies in the process of trying to wrap our heads around costs and different solutions for our needs. Erez stood out from the crowd right from the get-go with professionalism, communication, honesty and overall good vibe. We were very impressed with his expertise, knowledge and how he carried himself overall. Erez kept in touch with us after our initial meeting and made us feel very comfortable towards the next meeting we lined up with him to go over specifics of the project and get everything going. Erez delivered everything he promised and I simply can’t believe how smooth our project was handled considering all the elements of the project, which included removal of a giant 50ft tall tree, re-insulating our attic including 2 attic exhaust fans, re-painting our entire house, installing brand new AC units in all the bedrooms and the cherry on the icing - 3,500sf of beautiful energy efficient drought tolerant landscaping that completely transformed our front and back yards from desert like no man’s land to beautifully designed yards we’re now proud of! We want to take this opportunity to extend our appreciation to Erez, we’re truly blown away by the service and attention we received from him, we simply can’t imagine the process being any smoother or worries free than what it was. Now that the project is completed, we’re happy to contribute our review to the list of reviews Erez is so proud of, we now know he works very hard towards making his customers happy and satisfied so the least we can do is share our story with others - if you’re reading this review and thinking to work with Treeium, do yourself a favor and ask to meet with Erez, he’s a needle in a haystack!

I originally contacted home advisor to receive several names of contractors to come in and give me bids for general repairs after going through a slab leak. When I met Erez Shifferman with Treeium his demeanor was so exceptional that I immediately felt comfortable. I was just so impressed with his knowledge and how helpful he seemed to be in every respect. As an example, when I was going to meet Erez at the showroom where we were going to select the laminate flooring for my project, Erez suspected something was wrong since I was late and when he got in touch with me, Erez physically walked the streets at least half a mile to find and guide me how to get to the showroom. I was so relieved to finally see him standing at the corner of the street when I felt I was completely lost. I have many more examples, but to sum it up - Erez is an outstanding person, both personally and professionally and as someone who has been in the construction industry for well over 30 years, I know how this industry can be like and I can honestly say I’ve never came across such an exceptional project manager such as Erez. When I think of Treeium I think of Erez, and when I think of Erez I think of Treeium. All the power to you guys for having such exceptional service and people running the show. I’ve already told everybody I know about how positive and stress-free my project was ran, and I’m looking forward to crossing paths with Erez again in the future. Erez, you’re one of a kind, I certainly hope to see you again in the future!

I hired Treeium, Inc to take care of my leaky deck and planters after having water damage due to bad original design and construction of the deck/planters. The project manager who met with me (and later on was responsible for my project) was Erez Shifferman. As opposed to another company that offered a partial fix to remedy the problem, Erez suggested a different approach of redoing the deck entirely to make sure we're not just masking the problem but actually taking care of it from the root. Although the price point was higher than the other company (for the obvious reason that the solution/scope of work suggested by Erez was much more involved), I felt that this would optimally be the better approach for my piece of mind. Overall and throughout the project, Erez kept me involved on a daily basis with pictures and updates and made me feel at ease that I was being taken care of. Erez made sure to keep superb fluent communication with me and I can honestly say that my experience with Treeium as a company and Erez as the project manager who ran my project was flawless, smooth and stress free. It was very noticeable that Erez genuinely went the extra mile for me and you can tell he's just that type of a professional person who would do the same for all of his clients. I was really impressed as well with their headquarters office and operation when I came in to sign the paperwork, you can definitely tell that they're a top notch company that takes great pride in their customer service and quality of work. No more working with shady companies that operate from PO boxes...

Itay Snof gave my wife and I the pushy sales tactic and reassured me that we wouldn't regret dealing with him and Treeium. Trusting him was the single biggest mistake of my life and it cost me my home.

When his mother passed away, Itay was nowhere to be seen. He was replaced by incompetent paper-pushers by the name of Raz Frankel and Udi. They came in and verbally agreed to do everything we asked, but there was no execution. Communication was difficult. They wouldn't listen to a word I said. I was also forced by proverbial gun-point to pay everything up front after they demoed my house or they wouldn't continue working. They would explain that after having agreed to do something, that it was in fact impossible. That was their tactic. Wear me down until I have no choice but to agree with them, after I agreed to let them demolish my house.

We chose Treeium over the 6 other bids we received from Buildzoom and HomeAdvisor because their marketing was the best. They showed us pictures of previous homes they remodeled and my wife and I were mildly impressed. To be fair, the other contractors were ashamed to show us their previous work. Also I mistranslated Itay's passion for taking our money as passion for home improvement and "doing the right thing." Boy was I wrong.

Anyway, 1 year and $400K later, we have a barely functioning home, with missing floor planks, wall tiles, non-functional plumbing in one of our bathroom vanities, closet walls that are misaligned so the doors don't close all the way, a deck that's ready to collapse, cheap/low quality vinyl glass (we paid for wood-framed glass), and we overpaid for items we had to hire another contractor for.

I was paid a visit by the CEO Moty Ginsburg, who was disappointed with what he saw, but made no effort to give us back our money. Then Meir Barzelai stopped by. He's the only contractor in the entire company that even has a license. Everyone else uses his licensing number. Their secretary came over as well (Sheli) and lied to my face about being an attorney. My wife did some research and found that she has a real estate license, not a law degree.

Now we're out $400K and still need to repair our home. We might lose it thanks to these guys. I believe that they discriminated against us as well because of my ancestry. I believe that they prey on the ignorance of their customers and take full advantage of them. I was also told on numerous occasions that they travel to the Middle East to build walls for "security purposes". My money went to commit human rights violations halfway across the world and I was mortified by what I heard. Who would enjoy doing this?

I hope you take my advice to heart. I'm convinced that Treeium, Inc translates "Eco" to "Economic" and only for their benefit. They don't care about their customers, and I've been told by their executives that they don't care if they have to be sued 1 out of 10 times, they'll still be around to provide the same service. I will file a complaint with the CSLB but their website is down. Now I have to travel to Sacramento and file in person, risking my job.

I may also have to foreclose on my home, declare bankruptcy, facing a potential divorce, and have the inability to get a job as a result of my abysmal credit rating. They ruined my life and instead of looking forward to early retirement, I'm having to spend another 20 years making up for this mistake.

When we moved into our house 6 years ago, we had a long list of things to do. Phase one was our kitchen and phase two was the exterior. We planned on hiring different handy-man types to stucco and paint our house, change all of the windows, install a new roof, garage door, and front door. We found Treeium on-line and wanted to get a bid on some wood work on our front porch. When Erez Shifferman arrived, he was very professional, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Once he found out everything we were doing, he immediately let us know that he was capable of handling all of our projects in an energy-efficient way, and could probably do it for a competitive price. We were under the impression that using a general contractor would cost much more than hiring various workers on the side to complete each project. Surprisingly, his quote was not much more than the individual quotes we had received. What I liked was the fact that Treeium was liable for all of their work, and we would not be responsible for anything that could go wrong. Erez and his crew started working on our house a few weeks ago. He has kept true to his word and shows up regularly as promised to check on the progress and revise as necessary. His crew is hard-working, precise, and respectful. They have surpassed our expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend Erez to anyone I know. Once we are done with phase two, we plan on using Treeium again for phases three, four, and five. Having Erez as our point person has been a relief, and given us peace of mind. No horror stories here!

It's a rare thing to find a company that offers top quality workmanship, excellent speed at getting the work done – and competitive pricing. Treeium has delivered on all of the above… and more! Our project manager, Erez Shifferman and his team have worked magic on my 62 year-old, ranch-style home. After initially stressing over the thought of hiring and coordinating 5 or 6 individual contractors for a long overdue remodel/renovation, we met with Erez – who presented my wife and I with an inclusive, energy-efficient plan to replace our cedar shingled roof, old wood windows and original wood siding with all-new eco-friendly products.

Erez was always either available on-site or by cell – and ALWAYS responsive to calls or texts throughout the day or eve (a perpetual fear of mine, after hearing various accounts of contractor-caused renovations-gone-wrong from friends and colleagues) to discuss project scheduling and milestones, or to address any personal concerns. From the demo stage to the final stucco applications, Erez would always check in with his team, then touch base with me with project progress and updates. Throughout the process, as I’m sure many homeowners are guilty of, my wife and I made personal adjustments to our project vision – to which Erez was equally gracious and accommodating. Among the many other favorable impressions made by team Treeium was the punctuality and the positive attitude of the crew – and if you happen to live in the SoCal region, be sure to request the ‘3 Georges’. IMHO, these guys bent over backwards to make our home remodel a pleasurable experience!

Our project is nearly done, the new exterior now looks practically brand new – and I couldn't be happier. Personally, I found Erez's professionalism to be truly extraordinary. He followed through on everything he represented – making sure everything was not just acceptable – but perfectly to my liking. In sum, I would recommend Treeium to anyone who wants their home to shine!

Highest accolades for Guy Borenstein and the entire Treeium staff who worked on our bathroom remodeling+ project.

We met with Guy for the initial consultation, after parting with the previous contractor who was not able to complete and unable to estimate the completion date, leaving the house in a total disarray with incomplete sub-par work.
Guy was very professional yet friendly and warm, was able to immediately put us at ease. He assessed our situation, and clearly and patiently explained to us what Treeium can do for us. He was able to identify the scope of work in writing, along with a target completion date. The completion date estimate was very important to us because our previous contractors was unable to estimate the completion date, blaming "unexpected complication" after another, three months after the project started. I was concerned about the "unexpected complications" that may arise but Guy assured us that if issues stemming from the described scope of work were to occur, it would be taken care of by Treeium. We did not run into any "unexpected complications" (and what seemed to be complications as described by my previous contractor were not actually complications and were resolved handily by Treeium). The contracting process was very transparent and agreement forms we had to sign were explained and was a good learning experience for us.

Once we signed the contract and established that text messaging was the preferred method of communication, we got a daily morning status txt on what work is scheduled for that day, and when they can be expected to be at the house. Since we both work late, it was reassuring to know when the workers were at the house and what was going on so that we can track the progress once we got home. When we had questions, we had answers immediately or he let us know when he can respond. Our Foreman/QA person Maya was also always available to handle any questions we had and she superbly handled the city's permitting process.

We were so pleased with the progress after the first week, we added additional work beyond the bathroom remodel work. The work was completed on schedule and any issues encountered was explained clearly with possible solutions. The project was completed a few days after the target date but that was mainly due to additional work added and the city inspector's schedule. We are enjoying our marble walled shower immensely!

We highly recommend Treeium, especially Guy Borenstein and Maya's teams.

So I had researched many different companies to get an estimate on the remodeling process at my mothers home. Going through HGTV, magazines, remodeling guides, internet, and local ads, Guy made us look no further.

My family got larger within the year with the birth of our 1 year old son and paying $1,650 for a leased home without utilities, car payments, insurances and daily expenses. We decided to make some changes. To minimize our costs. We plan to remodel the home to make it two private family areas.
My Mother owns a home in a prime location in Atwater Village and it currently has 7 bedrooms, 4 restrooms, 2 kitchens, 1 laundry area, 2 large living rooms and dining rooms and a large front yard and back yard. Not to mention also the garage.

I had numerous consultations about building UP and making it it a two story home.
Until, Guy! Once he looked at the place he was so inspired that he actually got me excited after being disappointed with high quotes and bad communication of what we are trying to achieve.
He said the house has a large enough in square footage and that we do NOT need to build up. Mind you; building up you are looking at more time, Money and hard to get permits. (Almost a $2-300,000.00 job which I still have all the past contractors calling and harassing me.) He said that the house is large enough to accommodate two different families with their own private area, entrance etc..
He said that it was just not designed right,; It looks like a maze. All we really had to do is rearrange all aspects of the house with a good floor plan, knock down walls, and since pluming is underground with crawl space that would be the fastest, easiest, and inexpensive solution. HE MADE MY DAY!

Out of so many consultations NOBODY gave me that option. I knew then he wasn't there to just get a job and take my money.
Anyways he came through a few days later with his virtual 3D designer and she measured the whole house and told me that she will design a likable, livable layout and email it to me with the draft including my furniture. All I had to do is send her photos of my current furniture to incorporate them in the visual display. How awesome. I can edit and change everything to our liking. I am just so excited on the actual construction which I can not review about since we are not there yet.
So far, So good, But I will definitely update my thoughts throughout the process.

I gave my mother an early birthday present I gave her a complete kitchen remodel. Like every shopper I was shopping around looking for my perfect fit price and professionalism. I received a call from Treeium from a gentleman called Rick he gave me so much information over the phone which to me knowledge is it plus I decided to schedule a consultation after I had met with 4 different company's I schedule a free consultation with Treeium. They send me one of their project managers (salesman) a wonderful rep Max he showed up on time which time today is a huge plus I hate tardiness. Max was on time with so many samples for me to select from which made it difficult because I'm so picky. But Max understood that I wanted an absolute beautiful kitchen for my mother. Once I made up my mind Max gave me a great price I believe that you get what you pay for that's my motto. Max gave me a schedule for the kitchen remodel he walk me thru step by step what was going to be done from demolition to how many nails we where going to need he was always available to my very silly questions. And He was very patient with me. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism Treeium offers I received a welcome call from a lovely lady named Liz as well as a progress call they even have quality assurance department that stop by my job site to be sure all the Forman were working and cleaning up after their work day Jeff the quality assurance man was really nice and had some much knowledge and gave me all the assurance I needed.
Yes there were a couple of glitches here and there but the Treeium team was always there to correct any issues I had even if I was at fault. My mother is extremely happy. I am satisfied THANK YOU TREEIUM FAMILY.
