Hired Trees Gone Wild to cut and trim trees. They did a good job except they dropped a large stump on a new concrete driveway and now the slab needs to be replaced. Despite initially taking responsibility and agreeing to fix it, they are no longer responding after full payment was made. Very unprofessional. I would have never paid in full if I knew they were not trustworthy.

Patrick Hannah of Trees Gone Wild is irresponsible, dishonest, and has limited knowledge of his craft. He leaves jobs early and his men unsupervised and dangerously short-handed.
After Hurricane Irma his unattended men rained limbs so heavily down on my roof, I called the company owner in the middle of the job. The men said Patrick left them short-handed, thus they could not control where the logs fell. Patrick would not finish the job and left loose limbs dangerously hanging over both entrances to my home for 3 months.
Eventually the boss completed the job. He said it was a hazardous job and Patrick approached it wrong.
In a hurry, I called the boss to do a recent job. Unfortunately, he shifted me to Patrick. Patrick again left the job early to beat traffic, and his men unsupervised. They left shortly after him, without completing the work. Patrick admitted the job was unfinished, and promised to complete it when he returned. I foolishly paid him! Over a year of calling, he made 4 appointments with me, but never showed up or called to cancel. He no longer answers my calls nor does his boss respond.
