If you want a contractor who doesn't oversee the project, makes multiple errors, which are careless, tries to pass off sloppy subpar work, and then acts like he is doing a favor by fixing them this is who you want to hire! If you want to work with a contractor who demands full payment before project is not finished and then doesn't finish the project this is your guy!
