What a beautiful job! I am so thrilled with the way my new roof looks.
Chris came to my house personally, perused the roof, answered my many questions and quoted me a fair price which entailed more than other bids and was cheaper. This young man’s obvious integrity and honesty induced me to go with Tresnak Construction. I got other bids, but unlike them, Chris never treated me condescendingly or assumed there should be a man making the deal.
My 1929 Tudor roof has steep peaks that presented a challenge. Other roofers refused to do the job. But Chris assured me that Tresnak did every kind of roof. The skilled group of workers hung up there like mountain goats and worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight! Then they left my place neat as a pin. The owner, Tom, returned the next day to approve everything and go over my property with a magnet to ensure all nails and metal pieces were picked up.
This was a wonderful, painless and clean job, and most of my friends can’t believe it was done in one day.

Found nails in gutters and some tar paper and aluminum after completion.
New chimney flashing was smaller than existing flashing leaving a 2 inch strip of unpainted brick and a caulk line.
Replaced plywood with press board. Ridgeline is noticeably uneven. Did not notice before. Tresnak did paint stacks and vents to better match shingles.
They were very fast and on time. Response to concerns was unsatisfactory.
