At the beginning of the job, contractor (Gilbert) was great, seemed to be an honest guy with integrity, and appeared knowledgeable. Contracted for small project to take only 150 days but we are now one month shy of a year and still waiting for completion. Problems started when contractor hired bad subcontractor and then did not have good management in place. Also, I am learning that they do not fully understand city and ADA requirements. Now that the project is costing more than Trest estimated, we are having problems.
