    Add a utility sink with tankless water heater

    Condensed version:  Paid in Full...yet still has yet to finish job and now does not return texts and voicemails.

    Full Version:
    Made 1st contact with Trevino Plumbing on November 4th 2019 via text.
    Bid was given on Sunday November 24th to add a utility/mop sink (whatever it is called) at my retail store location.
    Job started on Tuesday November 26th. I asked for a double utility sink with a gooseneck faucet that would allow for large mop buckets and pots and pans to be able to be filled and cleaned in.  Also required a Tankless water heater to be installed that would support filling up mop buckets and to clean large pots and pans.  This is when I asked for a double sink upgrade since it would be better for usage.What I ended up with is....
    1.) a double utility sink (PERFECT)
    2.) a short immovable bathroom faucet that when turned on ran water directly over the partition in the double sink. (So WRONG)
    3.) a 6 gallon Tank water heater. (again WRONG)
    Explained about the faucet not being functional.  It was replaced in a reasonable amount of time.  But not with a gooseneck.  Just a easier to access faucet.  Fine, whatever!  Didn't need to get all weird since the replacement is functional.

    But now it comes to the TankLESS water heater.  We have been going rounds about the hot water heater. I expressly asked for a tankless heater from the beginning.  The estimate/bid has Tankless listed on it. The invoice listed and charged me for a tankless heater to the tune of $446.76  But alas a 6 gallon tanked heater was installed under my sink. (retail price is $250ish)
    Keep in mind that this heater is for a retail location and a tanked heater will not work due to ADA requirements.  Hence the tankless heater!  Not allowed to block the underneath of the sink for wheelchair access.
    After much back and forth, a tankless heater was installed...But it is a tankless heater that is meant for a HAND WASH station.  The tanked 6 gallon went back to the plumber.  Also the retail cost of this heater is about $140.  Will only supply about 8 ounces of warm water.  No where near enough to wash dishes.The resolution given was that they would come out and install a tanked heater again.  That won't work due to ADA requirements.  Also I paid for a tankless heater to be installed.
    The last time I heard from the owner was on Jan 20th.  Stating that when he "got back into town" he would get right on it.  Here it is Feb 10th and this company will no longer return my texts nor my voicemails.
    I PAID THEM IN FULL $2,235.08 on December 4th 2019.

    Update: As of Feb 11th.  Plumber is stating that they did everything fine and they did perfect.  I say no it isn't!

    These guys are awesome, promt and professional!! They were way more affordable than anyone else we called.

    I had broken (snapped off) the water/hose faucet off the side of our house, we were completely without water because our shut-off had to be turned off for the inside of the house due to the water leaking inside the wall into our basement. He came in within an hour of contacting him on a weekend and got straight to it and had us up and running 100% in an hour!! Everything has worked amazingly since.

    I am very grateful for their help and being affordable for someone on such a tight budget. They treat you right, do great work and don't overcharge you. Thank you, Trevino Plumbing...

    I had scheduled for Trevino plumbingto come by tonight and give me a bid on this. I had to make arrangements with a realtor, an electrician, and a plumber (Trevino) all at the same time. Half an hour before the appointment, Trevino plumbing called me and told me that they wouldn't be coming, because the drive would be too inconvenient. I had given him the address a week before. His flaking out has caused me (as well as the realtor and electrician) hours of inconvenience tonight. Hopefully it doesn't also cause me to lose the real estate deal, now that I have to schedule an appointment and wait for another plumber. Really wish he would have told me a week ago, so I could have found someone else then. Do not recommend TREVINO PLUMBING.

    I paid Abraham Trevino $1550 to install plumbing in my basement. He finished half the job and then bailed. Finally got in touch with him, he promised to come that day to finish and never showed. *Do not use this man*, he is deceptive and will take off with your money
