Trevor was hired to redo a a bedroom ( orange peel spray) remove, make smooth and paint. The same was suppose to be done in the living room. The bathroom and hallway needed to be repainted. My uncle installed special floating outlets that then needed mudding as well. Let me outline what happened including photos and texts.
- His worker Ali, came to my home reeking of alcohol. I was informed by Trevor this isn’t the first time but, he will not be coming back.
- I was told that oh you want everything level 5 completion. No, I want things done properly and not just ran through.
- My bathroom had Emerald paint already. The bathroom need to be repainted. No one put primer… they went directly to add paint again. I could do that myself. Then, he ran out of the bathroom paint and decided he was going to put super paint from Sherman Williams. Well, the walls started to sweat and when I asked the SW guys, they advised me not to mix paints.
- Lastly, I had a can of brand new Emerald white paint, which is also missing.
I’m not a fan of writing complaints but, this was just a terrible situation. On top of that, I had to go to the ER and I never heard back from Trevor. I included photos of the work, so, that others can see his workmanship.
Photos of outlets that where botched, window frames not fully painted. Portion of the wall left and not sanded. ( He had left it undo).
