We found Trevor when only the foundation was poured on the house. We has seen a house he had built online and really liked it so had given him a call to see if he had anything else in the works and he did. We hit it off with him right away because of his friendly personality and straight forward approach to his work. I had also done some research and he is among the top builders in Oregon.
We went over the plans for the house with him and his specifications, materials and price were exceptional! We were very impressed and also really liked the location and the lack of an HOA! My husband shook hands with him, wrote him a check and we were on our way. He sent us video updates of progress and believe it or not, he completed the project a month ahead of time! Shook hands in the middle of July and the house closed at the end of October! 3 bedroom, 2 bath, custom cabinets, granite countertops, engineered hardwood floors, triple pane windows, he even sheet rocked and painted the garage! Huge panty in my cook)s delight kitchen! Could not ask for a better partner!
