    Replace Septic Tank
    $7,000

Look him up on CourtView First!

Has 14 small claims and 4 major Civil cases against him. Has an outstanding judgment for 10K+.

I should have looked him up before I hired him.

As soon as I asked questions about the quality of work, he flew off the handle and began to threaten a lien against my property.

Damaged my gutters on my house, didn't tell me, and then didn't take responsibility for it. Ultimately replaced them after laughing about how cheap it was.

Offered to allow my to pay by Credit card and then after the work was done, demanded a check.

Zero business sense or customer service skills.

Response from Trf General Contracting April 7, 2023
Matthew Holman was given a proposal early september of 2022. He responded that he had another bid for less but the contractor wouldn't be able to complete the project as quickly. TRF requested the competing bid and offered to match pricing and advised it would be for the same scope of work. Matthew accepted. TRF scheduled the project and completed as promised. TRF damaged a rain gutter down spout but returned and replaced it promptly. Matthew refused to pay his bill
