I wanted to take a moment and write a review as I believe it has a positive effect on a business and I think it is important that the public be made aware. Tri Cities did the masonry work around my new pool…this consisted of the concrete decking around the pool and side yard as well as the stack stone wall behind the pool. I have to say that the owner, Lani Shaw and his crew did an excellent job! On a professional level, Lani puts his heart into his work. He puts a lot of care and pride into what he does. I let Lani know what type of stone I liked and the colors I was looking for, {as I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted at the stone store} he hand picked out several stones to get the consistency of color I was wanting. The wall looks BEAUTIFUL!!! Lani also took the time to make a repair that the previous sub-contractor damaged. I highly recommend Tri Cities pool and repair and I would not hesitate to use them again.
