They are a scammer. Going around to business/restaurants claiming to be fire inspectors sent by your landlord or by the fire department. They'll have your employee sign a piece of paper, and then the bill come. NOTE: Fire department never bill you for an inspection except when they subcontract the inspection to outside company. And when do subcontract the service, the bill will be from the fire department, NOT from this scammer company.

I too received an invoice for an unauthorized inspection. Definitely "slamming" corporate owned businesses. Our facility operates a retail outlet and also houses our corporate offices on the 2nd floor. The entire building is corporate owned and operated. I am onsite and know for a fact that they did not do the inspection because they would have had to go thru me to gain access to the fire sprinkler room and the 2nd floor. FRAUD ALERT! DO NOT PAY THEIR INVOICE! By the way, I called the number on their invoice and the message said they were closed from Dec 8th to Jan 4th for the holidays! I guess fraud pays off? These people should have their license pulled and thrown in jail!
