2021: Tri-County was the only company that responded to my plea for assistance with no running AC. Lee was extremely helpful and did not mind that I stood there watching while he worked. He talked through what he was doing and was very informative - not that I understood AC lingo. It was a great experience nonetheless. I will move forward with this company from now on for all my AC problems and/or a future replacement.
