    fix a break in septic line

    I was very happy with the employees that did the work but I was very upset about the price. We had a broken sewer line going into the septic tank that cause our system to back up. They gave me an estimate for $1581.00 I thought sure it shouldn't have cost that much it took them 4hrs. to fix the repairs so I thought the price would be ajusted but no they charged me the estimate price and had to pay another $400 and some dollars to pump secptic. I should have listened to the people who told me not to go there they were over priced but I didn't listen so I had to pay the price. I will think long and hard before I ever use them again!!! Prices were alot cheaper some where else. Terrible billing on their part but if I need a plumber I sure will go some where else Don't care about the customers just so they can rape you for your money!!!

I have a well and septic system and the technicians at Tri-County Pumps are true experts and professionals in their craft. They are very committed to providing the highest quality service at reasonable rates. I have tried many other companies that will be happy to take your money, but I feel with Tri-County Pumps values me as a lifelong customer and will go the extra mile to guarantee that I am satisfied with their service.

    Fix a check valve on my well pump - although they "found" and encouraged the unnecessary replacing o

    I was VERY disappointed with the service, quality control, and follow up. Not only was I encouraged to buy and have unnecessary parts and services, but when the work was NOT done properly, I had to get another plumber to fix the problem. The cost to cover your ( their ) bad job was almost $700. Another plumbing company made the same mistake in the past and had no problem covering the bill for their mistakes. In trying to seek your assistance in making this right, all I received was three to four long fruitless phone call waits and when I did connect with someone, it was already in his mind to deny every thing, place the blame on me and after some ridiculous conversational exchange, being rude, he hung up on me. TERRIBLE WORK ETHICS AND CUSTOMER CARE!!!! I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
