    Build a new home

    DO NOT USE!! NOT a good builder. TERRIBLE!! This guy has zero idea on how to build a home, he’s clueless. “Eye-balled” the final grading for our home which ended up having to be redone after a failed inspection. Worst of all, he endangered the lives of his workers by violating OSHA regulations. He started building too close to a large power line; which should have been moved before building started. After failing for months to get a utility company to come out to address the power line issue, he told my wife, who was home on maternity leave with our first child, to do his job and try to contact the utility company herself; because, they might respond better to the homeowner. Excuse me, why are we paying you?
    He lied to us about receiving an occupancy permit so we lived in our home illegally for over five months until my wife had a fun conversation with the village.
    Finally, he proceeded to file a falsified mechanics lien on the home to cover his failures and mistakes!!
    If you want a house of horrors, then I’d say you found your guy.

    Update: About a month before Tri K responded to my review, they disputed it to BuildZoom. Tri K stated I was a competitor trying to smear them and not a real client! My review is true and accurate, as I had to provide proper documentation to BuildZoom to prove it. Wish I could say that I was surprised by more LIES from Tri K.

    we have been building residential,muti-family,industrial and commercial projects for over 35 years. We have successfully completed near 500 residential homes alone. Some of my customers have become very close friends. Mostly all of my customers have hired us for their future projects. mr.petrizzo review is simply not true. Thru the course any giving project, we are on-site everyday. We encourage our clients to go to the site as often and with whoever they like with no scheduled meeting.our subs are instructed to answer any questions to our cliets that surface. i wish mrs and mr petrizzo the best of luck.
