    Run away, run away, run away
    This is the worst company you can think of. They are completely irresponsible and they don't care about anything. We bought a house from them in one of their communities and the delays has been crazy and the worst part is that they are so bad with estimating as well. If you want to buy a house it is better to find a responsible contractor or you can go with them if you have money you don't need.
