I had Tri R construction build my poly screenroom complete with pavers. The roof was drawn by a engineering firm for a four inch pitch. When it was completed it was almost flat. I now have leaks. The door was hung improperly. I refused final payment. They threatened to sue me. Now I am in proceedings to sue them. They never once addressed any concerns I had throughout entire job. Beware of Tri R Construction unless you want a leaky roof. 11/23/15..They failed to fix anything. I let them try to fix flashing. They made matters worse.Ruined downspouts on gutters blamed my roof for there improper flashing. I searched buildzoom. I then hired Gary Marzo roofing. They fixed my problem. Reflashed and now I'm dry. I then took Tri~R construction to small claims. We reached a settlement thru mediation. Thru out this whole four month long nightmare. At no time did Ramsey Rodriguez ever step foot on our property.He is the one with the contractor license. The owner of the company. I was called bad names by JT there salesmen. Please be careful. They have a good record. I just think Mike McCuen who did the job was in way over his head. I attest everything I have said is truthful. Thanks to BuildZoom I'm OK today.
