This guy has NO clue how to build a house. Hires carpenters of Craigslist and has no idea if they what they are doing as HE does not know. How are you to trust a contractor that only knows how to take your money. Ask him some detailed questions about building. His reply will be " I don't know how to do the work I only know how its sapose to look when its done". So this is the guy to be estimating your job, but has no clue as to how much material, or how its to be done. How can he bid it then? Beware of this wannabe.
