Gave this contractor over half his estimate for pouring a basement floor and installing 2 windows. BACK 2010! He came out March of 2012, after I told him I'd be gone and tried to collect the entire estimate from my son prior to doing the work. My son told him, finish the job and he'd get paid. He left!
Now every time I call, he either doesn't answer, doesn't return phone calls.
I am a claims adjuster and have had 3 of his previous unsatisfied costumers call me up to complain about the same treatment.
Watch out for this guy!
