    Replace Sunroom Roof
    $15,000

Tony Charles from Tri-State Home Pros, LLC was contracted to replace my old sunroom roof which was leaking. He sent his son Marc Charles out to complete the job of completing tearing off my old roof and replacing with with a new one. I was assured by both Tony and Marc that the new roof would be "water tight" and I would not experience any leaking. The sunroom roof replacement occurred in March of 2024. Since the replacement the new roof is leaking in various spots. I have reached out to Tony numerous times, all of which are documented to make him aware of the problem. He will occasionally answer the phone and tell me he will send Marc out and that never happens. I have also called Marc numerous time and he will never answer my calls or return them. I am just finding out from other customers of Tri-State Home Pros that they are experiencing similar situations. I am hoping that this matter can be resolved through this BBB complaint and will also be reaching out to my attorney seek assistance for damages as Tony and Marc have proven to be non responsive. Attached is documentation showing payment and the invoice from Tri-State Home Pros.

New panel roof on sun room
    $7,000

Tony and his crew of Marc and Tim installed insulated aluminum R5 level roof panels to replace our 25 year old polycarbonate panels that had holes in them. They made our sun room better than new and the room is usable year round with this upgrade. Marc and Tim work smart and hard completing the job in a day, and did this upgrade while thoroughly checking our panel walls, door and windows to make sure our 25 year old sunroom will stay like new for many years to come!
