    Professional, knowledgeable, timely. We have used them 3 different times over the last several years (installation, repair and wiring for remodel) and will certainly use them again.

    Although Tristone came recommended, results were not fully as hoped. To their credit, they came out twice to quote the job. This because the exact scope of the work I desired had to be finalized.

    Once I wanted to proceed, it took a long time to lock in a date. I was about ready to give up and find another electrician.

    I had to monitor the workman to remind him of what was wanted and keep steering him to that. On two issues he said he couldn't do something that was in the quote. On pressing him, one of those was completed as quoted.
    Afterword one set of can lights buzzes and Tristone was notified. Also told Dan of my experience that I was told by his workman that something was not possible, which I suspect is not that difficult to do.
    After an exchange of emails to have the issue addressed, I haven't heard back.
    Unfortunately the rating is 3 stars given the outcome to date.
