Al was a great salesman and that’s how they get you. A year later we had paint chipping which was our biggest worry when they were painting all the trim. We asked to have them come fix it and we were talked to like we were stupid for not fixing it ourselves. We paid for a deck that came with a warranty because we didn’t want to have to fix it every year.
