Do NOT use this contractor. He replaced my roof, but he left the job unfinished -- he never shingled the ridge vent or finished the chimney flashing. I had to hire someone else to fix his problems. He dragged the work out over many months, leading to interior water damage. In addition he improperly wired a roof power fan, and I had to hire someone else to correct his work. He walked away from my neighbor's roof mid-job because she made the mistake of paying him before the job was finished. She did this because he constantly wheedled for more money.
Working with him was one of the worst experiences of my life, and I do not say this lightly.
