    Jeff Trifone is possibly the worst business man I know. The work that was contracted to do was WELL above his abilities. Instead of telling us this, he proceeded to jerk us around until he concluded that he could not complete the job. We had prepaid for water (cheaper in bulk he says) bought the liner (which is doubtful that it would fit correctly per experienced pool liner installer and has since been disposed of)
    On multiple ocassions we have been promised to be refunded, the latest being this morning (5/10/21) by 10am via Venmo. I had put this entire issue to rest and forgotten about it, but Jeff sent us a text this morning telling us he was "feeling bad" and sending money due to us by 10:00am, he just never said what day.

    Incase there is any confusion about this review, Jeff Trifone is not any kind of business man, and getting involved with him is never a good idea.
