    Roofing and gutters
    $18,500

    This roofing company took over 4 months to install our roof, did not provide a written warranty for labor or materials, and took a deposit for installing gutters but never completed the job. They basically removed the gutters but not install new ones. Trilogy did not return our deposit of $1500.00. When we pursued this matter with the Better Business Bureau, we were informed that this company has possible gone out of business. The laborers for Sergio Garcia came to our house to ask us if we paid for the roof because they had not received their wages for installing the roof. We showed them proof that the services were paid in full.

    Repair work on my roof
    $2,200

    Sergio Garcia with Trilogy Roofing is a stand up and honest guy. I'm really happy I had him come out and give me an estimate on my roofing repairs. He was professional and honest about having to repair my roof rather than replace it. Three other contractors that I asked for estimates all wanted to replace all the shingles on my roof. If I ever need a complete re-roofing job I will be calling Sergio back. Thank you sir.
