    Hard wood floor installation
    $5,300

    Contracted through lowes -- Trim Runners LLC did a poor job on a hard wood floor insulation. They used a lot of pieces of flooring that were damaged / defective even though I had purchased extra. After the first day of installation, I had asked them to not use any more defective pieces but they didn't listen and continued to install defective flooring. When I asked them to come back and fix the pieces that were damaged, they said that it wasn't their problem and refused to come back out. I've been working with lowes for 4 months trying to get this issue resolved. Even Lowes apparently stopped working with them.
