    Basement

    My experience with Trinchese Construction was positive. The owner was patient, communicative, and responsive. They worked with my insurance to cover costs of restoration, and helped make the process as simple as it could be. They assured me that if any problems arose after completion they would handle any discrepancies. He gave me 2 references (prior customers) to confirm this and that was a big plus for me. These specific customers came back 2-3 years later and asked Trinchese to amend the work, and they abided with no problem whatsoever. This guarantee is what secured my decision to go with Trinchese Construction. The work is quality & the name is reputable. Overall I would recommend these contractors.

    Hired Trinchese Construction for renovation of a few apartments. Everything was satisfied and finished at a reasonable time. Owner was very professional and explained all questions. I will use them in the future

    They restored our apartment after a flood. It took longer than we hoped but in the end they tried to accommodate all our requests.

    Had a very bad fire and lost the house. Trinchese was recommended through my adjuster which is another joke in itself Project took much longer than planned, they cut corners everywhere. Sub par work and that’s a compliment then I needed to hire different contractors to finish the project and used hold back money to pay them on problems trinchese said wasn’t his fault when they were only ones working on the house. Then to make it worse has the balls to try and sue me for remaining funds after leaving my house a complete mess and a basement flooded out and molded cause his tile Guys poured grout and water then my drain which hardened in my trap and flooded my basement out. Whatever you do be smart and do research on who you’re hiring. This clown shouldn’t be on business especially with his attitude where he takes zero responsibility for the damage they leave behind. I’ll be bringing him to court soon to make sure he doesn’t get a cent more of my money and make sure my house comes out beautiful like promised.

    We were recommended this company after our house burned down. It has been a nightmare experience. They work slowly & will cut corners. They installed our roof and we had a leak less than a week later. The owner then took his sweet time fixing it while complaining he was losing money. He even had the audacity to yell and curse at my parents while threatening to abandon the contract. Use this contractor at your own risk! Very poor customer service & quality control!
