    Even though the damage was contained to one room, the repairs seemed to be very little according to the insurance people. Having never been through this type of situation before I believed them. Before we went any ferther in the process, Trinicon, LLC came out and took a look through the eyes of someone who sees these cases on a nearly daily basis. Because water had been leaking from the roof the insulation and ceiling were wet and had come crashing down onto the carpet and furniture below. After the clean up Trinicon,LLC set up equipment to remove all the moisture that was left behind. This process took 3 days. The insurance company did not tell us about this. Had we went forward on our own the mold might have caused even more problems than the previous damage. Trinicon,LLC stepped in and basicly took control of the situation with the insurance and repairs reliving my family of the pressures of dealing with any of this. The insurance company paid the claim and Trinicon, LLC did the work in a timely fashion. We will recommend Trinicon, LLC to anyone in need of their all around services.

    The work took Much longer than promised, the workers were very slow, allot of days no work would be done at all because the were waiting on materials.Workers had no supervision found my home unlocked several times. Workmanship was very poor, a handyman out of the Flyer would of done a better job.In the end they never warranty work over 100k and charged way more too, with little explanation. Brian Johns will deny all responsibility and the logo of ethical work+ethical people = ethical operations is Crap!

    Very bad experience!

    Here is how we saw it as their customer:

    At the beginning, a lot of promises that at the end, were not fulfilled.

    Project took over 5 months longer than we had anticipated.

    Infrequency of workers on site with mostly all subcontracted.

    Poor communications.

    Work Performed: mediocre to fair
