    Repair my driveway that was damaged from a tree.
    $1,400

    Avoid this company at all costs. Mr. L D Thompson SR. approached us about repairing our driveway. He appeared to be an honest individual. He explained in great detail the work that needed to be done regarding the repairs. He provided all of his licensure information(licenses, insurance, etc.) as well. I made the mistake of paying him upfront $1400 for the repairs. This was in March. It is not almost June and the repairs have not even been initiated. He keeps stating that he will do the job. Or he will state he just finished another job and that he will start on mine next. Avoid him at all costs he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is not honest nor is he trustworthy. He refuses to return my phone calls or even answer the phone. If I could give him 0 stars I would. If after posting this review the work gets miraculously completed I will update this review.

    New water heater
    $615

    My water heater started leaking water so I went online to find someone to do the installation. I contacted a company called Build Zoom. They referred Mr. MR.L.D.THOMPSON SR. to us. Mr. L.D. THOMPSON contacted us 8/15/2014 that night discussed what I wanted to do. I ask him if he could do the installation including pick up 40 gal water heater, new pan, pipes, and other. HE AGREED. On Saturday 8/16/2014 MR.L.D.THOMPSON SR. came to the house. WE discuss everything MR.L.D.THOMPSON SR. AGREED. We agreed to cut the water @ gas to heater off for safety. We paid MR. L.D.THOMPSON SR. 615.00 for the tank @ parts. He wrote a invoice and sign it. On Monday 8/18/2014 he did not call. MR.L.D.THOMPSON SR. e-mailed, saying the water heater was on (will call) and he had other work to finish. The heater cost 425.00@ half labor 165.00. In his email he stay that he need our cell@ home numbers. He had both numbers. We gave them to him. We call MR L.D.THOMPSON SR. about 8 time on 8/18/14, 8/19/14 at 901 505-1088 no contact. I e-mail MR.L.D. THOMPSON SR. did not reply. We had to contact the company. MR. L. D. THOMPSON you need to call or reply in e-mail (ASSP). You are not a PROFESSIONAL TRUSTED PERSON. More positive actions will be taken.
