Like most people - getting the right contractor to work on your home is right up there with root canal. Being a single female dealing with a macho guy is even more daunting. But I lucked out with Vince and his wife Kelly and crew He not only walked me through the steps of putting on a new roof with ALL the options and materials, but answered all my concerns and questions. His crew was on time-professional- cleaned up every inch of my property/attic insulation and pricing was very fair A+++

If you like for a company to smooze you during an estimate, take your deposit, and then run...the Vince is the guy for you. Vince, the owner, promised us our windows would be installed in spring. It never happened. He pushed it to summer and we remained patient. Guess what...it never happened. After getting the run around and having my lawyer contact him he finally gets "his men" to my home in nearly the winter. The guys install the windows and the proceed to tell my wife and I that Vince is know for being a fraud. I was also informed that Vince hired them to do my job because I would not let up. So these men were not insure by Vince and were not even on his payroll. They were doing him a favor because he apparently had lots of contracts that he was not completing. But at this point I thought I was done with Vince. Today, I decide to open a few windows because it is gorgeous outside. My windows are cracked. I tried to call Vince no answer. I went to the website. He was no longer there. So I did a little research after submitting a complaint to the BBB and I found his new company name. I am not sure how he even gets business because all of the phone numbers he had do not work. So now it looks like I am out of $5,625 or so that is what Vince thinks. Buyer Beware! This company is fake. The good reviews you see are from his buddies. If you like to to give money away go with Vince Lally. If you like to keep your money with business that are legit do not go with Vince Lally. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a business.
