    $440,000

    BUYERS BEWARE! This builder has a lot of problems getting workers & supplies (per an email from the VP), resulting in their inability to commit to a start/finish date of your home. We signed a contract in jan/2022, & as of Aug/2022, nothing had been started, so we elected to not build their home. They refused to give us all of our deposit back.

    Please look at BBB & all of the complaints against TRINITY BUILDERS. So many!

    Avoid at all costs. Unfinished shotty work that needed to be fixed by another company. High price and poor craftsmanship. I doubt any positive review here is true. DON'T HIRE!!!
