  Marc was by far the best home inspector with whom I've ever worked. He spent nearly three hours going over every nook and cranny of the property, and he walked us through each room of the house to explain his findings and validate whether we had any questions. He and Valerie also were super flexible to meet our needs for our aggressive timing (a major plus for us in this competitive market!). I would highly recommend Marc and Trinity to anyone who values both excellent attention to detail and a helpful consultative process.

  Meeting with Marc from Trinity was a terrible experience. He had a lab do a report on a sample that he said was mold. I asked him to interpret the report for me and he became arrogant and said that I was questioning the report. He became verbally abusive and sarcastic. I told him that I would be filing a complaint against him and he told me that he had recorded our conversation. First of all that is illegal, as he didn’t inform me that he was recording but it is unprofessional and unethical. Also, I don’t think that he would have spoken the way that he did if I were a man. He was abusive, arrogant and unprofessional. I also have a witness to his behavior. He also said that he had to come to the house 3 times to which I asked if he was getting paid so what did it matter. He said he doesn’t need the money. So if anyone is foolish enough to hire him maybe he will do it for free since he doesn’t need the money!!!
