I must say, Bob at Trinity is really good at what he does. He's very professional and a perfectionist in many ways! I could not believe the work he did from start to finish. If he wasn't overseeing/working on the project himself each day, he would come out and check it to make sure it was up to his standards. I had a large concrete pool put in, along with a pool cage, and everything went seemlessly! His work is outstanding and I recommend Trinity Pools to all! I could sit here all day typing all the good things about the company - and my new pool! The pavers are great, the pool awesome, the equipment they used for the pump/salt system is NOT by any means cheap equipment. Definitely give Trinity Pools a call if you're interested in installing a pool.

Bob came out the day after we contacted him. Gave us a very good estimate for resurfacing the pool with new tiles. The work was outstanding and Mark was very meticulous with the tiles and refinishing the pool. We are extremely happy with the job they did and would highly recommend them to anyone.

There was alot of miscommunication when it came to the pool and paver company. Bob rarely called me back and when he did he was defensive and made excuses. He never checked on the job after the start and now I have a large white section at the bottom of my pool as well as a tile missing and I get no response. It’s one excuse after another and he plays the blame game. I also was never given the warranty for the pool. I have requested it now again and still no response. Stay away.
