    Renovation following disaster
    $55,000

    One Saturday morning, my family and I returned from a great breakfast and a hike to find our main floor completely flooded. After shutting off the main water line to the house, we discovered the dishwasher supply line had ruptured. The remediation company came in, destroying anything that was remotely damp professing that “it’s fine, insurance will pay for all of this.” Everything needed to be replaced! The kitchen island, the main floor hardwood floors (3000 sq/ft worth), the baseboards, the list kept growing and became overwhelming very quickly. I reached out to the owners of Trinity Unlimited, Tim and Roxy, with tremendous anxiety, looking for help and advice. They came in immediately and without hesitation, making things seem ok. They had a plan for us in just a few days, arranged PODs to store our furniture, hired a moving company to package everything up, made accommodations for us to be out of the house and then launched into the repairs. They arranged meetings for us (based on our schedules) with the hardwood flooring company, the cabinet company, the stone company for countertops, and continued to ask what more could they do! The closest thing I can compare this experience to is like working with a concierge at the Ritz. No request or need was unmet. They’ve helped at every stage including dealing with an unreasonable insurance company (Allstate) who for some reason only wanted to pay for a portion of the damage. Tim jumped in and was able to convince them that our custom home needed some extra attention. As we wrap up this unwanted renovation, (stupid dishwasher) I am tremendously thankful and blessed that we engaged Trinity (Tim and Roxy + Team). We could not have done it without them!

    Tim, the owner of the company provided excellent communications with me during our project. Trinity’s employees are professionals who are responsive to requests for changes with a focus on quality. The project was completed on schedule even with issues related to weather. Tim went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with the end result.
    I would highly recommend Trinity for virtually any large or small construction project.
