After an extensive search, I reached out to Gilad and his team at TRIOND Remodeling & Design to address water damage and remodeling an old guest room and bathroom. I found Triond on Buildzoom. Their quote had the most detail and was a reasonable price.
I appreciated that Triond took my job that was considered “small” since it was a kitchen remodel consisting of replacing cabinets, counters, appliances, lighting, paint and backsplash. Several other contractors turned down the job when they realized it was a “small job”.

As we started the process, Gilad and team were prompt in starting the job and quickly demolished the existing kitchen. He adapted to supply chain issues and adjusted the plan as we found issues in the kitchen that were not up to code. As the job progressed, we expanded the scope of the job to include 3.5 bathrooms, flooring and painting the whole house.

The 3 things I appreciated about Gilad and PJ were: 1) attention to quality - as he found issues with the quality of specific details, he proactively resolved them out of his own pocket, 2) flexibility - as we increased scope or found issues as we opened up the walls, he adapted the plan to accommodate our needs, and 3) professionalism - he kept a constant channel of communication.

It was a pleasure to hire TRIOND Remodeling & Design for this work! I had no issues with any of the workers that worked at my home NOR with Gilad who managed them at my home. The master bathroom remodeling came out nice and perfect and within 4 weeks from the day they started, it was complete and ready to use.

The guys at Triond Remodeling do very high quality work for a reasonable price, and they are quick! We have remodeled both of our bathrooms and kitchen with Triond Remodeling and results exceeded our expectations each time. While they have great materials in their showrooms and with their vendors, we’ve also thrown them curveballs with custom-purchased, complex Pickett-shaped tile, doors, shelving, and wine storage. They handled everything flawlessly. Our bathrooms were completed start-to-finish in 3 weeks, the kitchen in 4 weeks, and even finished early! Gilad and the team were all great with transparency and communication, and everyone who worked on our home treated it with the utmost care. Two of our projects were during the COVID-19 pandemic and we appreciated how careful everyone was about cleanliness and masks. If we had more rooms, we’d keep hiring them! Would recommend!

We live in the Sunset district in San Francisco and we hired Triond to remodel our bathroom. We found Triond while exploring contractors on Google, they were one of the first that came up when we searched. We were looking specifically for folks with experience working on older SF houses and who understood the history as we wanted to build something that could have reasonably existed 75 years ago. We decided to work with Triond right after our first meeting and conversation with the project manager. He showed us examples of work they'd done before and it was very much in-line with what we were hoping to end up with. Sooner after we had contracts in place and we were kicking off with demo shortly after. Once the work was underway, we were so happy with the quality of the work and attention to detail. There were a number of decisions to be made while the work was underway, and we were always presented with clear picture of the challenge and a few possible solutions that took into consideration factors of additional time and/or cost. This allowed us to make informed decisions quickly and helped us to feel very involved in all the details. We would hire Triond again for future projects on our house and would confidently recommend them to others for the same.

Triond helped us remodel a kitchen and bathroom in our new house. The result was gorgeous. The look and feel was modern and made several of our friends come in and go "wow, this is the same place?". Along the way our project manager navigated several unexpected changes (it was an old building, you never know what you are going to get when you open up the walls!) as well as us (the clients) changing direction several times. The work was delivered on time and at a good price. I would love to work with Triond again on our next project.

Let me start by saying that our journey with TRIOND was not a short one. We had met with the project manager for the first time in May, and the work had only started four months later, in mid-September. The reason being we were not sure if we wanted to hire them only for kitchen remodeling. We initially thought we’d like to finalize the kitchen remodel before moving forward with any other project, but after meeting with a few other companies we felt comfortable hiring TRIOND for all of our other remodeling needs.

Eventually, they worked on our kitchen, the master bathroom, and the powder room. We love how it turned out! Based on the designer recommendations we made some brave choices, and decided to go with a modern-industrial style for our kitchen. As for the master bathroom, the chosen style was clean and classic; different shades of grey, with touches of light blue. For the powder room we chose a vibrant wallpaper (we were surprised with this choice!) but it turned out nicely, with all the other fixtures.

The project was about 13 weeks, but mainly because we had to wait for some of the finish materials to get delivered. When we decide to remodel the rest of our house (it’s a 3 story SF Victorian) we would like to work with TRIOND again.

TRIOND’s team did a great job! The project included several different jobs, which all turned out wonderfully. The scope of interior projects included: a full garage conversion (flooring, painting, building closets); kitchen renovation (repainting cabinets, backsplash tiling, installing floating shelves); and a basement storage room conversion to a bedroom (window installation and permitting, flooring, full room finishing and closet building). The exterior work included: a fence facelift, repainting the entire outdoor deck, and tiling the outdoor patio. The team also tackled the full punch list of items to fix that were noted on the property inspection report as part of my purchase disclosures. The company’s designer and project manager helped me select materials, navigate the San Francisco city permitting process, and communicated in advance on all the budget details. I felt that the team paid attention to details, and I’m happy with the quality of workmanship. I get compliments on the beauty of the house all the time - thank you guys so much! Definitely would work with them again.

I heard about TRIOND from a neighbor who used them to remodel her kitchen, and I love the designs they came up with! The team was quick, creative, and got where I was coming from.

Our kitchen’s on the older, smaller side and in real need of some TLC. I’m also really particular about what I want — I need a lot of counter space and easy to reach storage. And they came up with more than one layout—one modern and the other rustic—because I wanted to have a variety of options.

Since I’m mostly WFH right now, I’ll wait until I’m back at the office before doing the remodel, but I’m excited to work with TRIOND when I do.

I’m so glad I decided to move forward with TRIOND! I met with multiple contractors before I made a decision on who to hire for my kitchen remodeling. The thing that convinced me to close the deal with Triond was the fact the project manager came back twice to my house, to measure and check details, before he sent the proposal. Since I was very hesitant, the project manager had taken the time to read the proposal with me, and made sure I understood everything. In general, the communication with Triond was easy and during the remodeling process I was talking to my dedicated project manager on a daily basis.

Since I was recommended to leave the house during the construction work, I wanted to make sure that I’ll be able to be back asap – and I did. The whole process lasted 16 weeks. The close guidance I received from the designer made the whole process easier, as there were so many decisions to make… countertop, cabinets, faucets material, lighting, etc. Besides the project manager and the designer, I did not have to communicate with anyone else in the company. I received answers to all of my questions and even when changes were made, as it often does in remodeling projects, the communication was clear and transparent. I would like to work with Triond again in the future.

The one thing that stood out to me in my work with Triond was the great attention to detail – from the detailed proposal to the project management, and the design plans. My project manager went above and beyond to make sure I'm 100% happy! I hired Triond to work on the remodel of our in-law suite bathroom, and once that project was completed, I have decided to work with Triond on my kitchen. In the bathroom, we changed the layout, replaced an old bath and put a huge shower instead, and installed a toilet and the rest of the elements.

I'm extremely pleased with how the tile work came out! At first, I wasn’t sure the tiles the designer recommended were the right choice, but after I saw the completed project I have no doubt. The kitchen had required a complete change, as it hadn't been remodeled since the eighties when my folks used to own the place. If you are considering a remodeling project, I highly recommend working with Triond.

We highly recommend TRIOND as a remodeling company. We had the pleasure of working with our project manager on the complete renovation of our 70’s kitchen and 20’s bathroom in the late winter of 2020-1. We moved out during the project to make it easier on ourselves and on the crew. Through the course of the renovation our project manager was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of the our project which was we feel was quite reasonable. He chose and managed his workers well. Even our neighbors commented on the professionalism and courteousness of the crew. We communicated either on the phone or WhatsApp and our project manager was always easy to reach. We worked with the designer remotely which turned out surprisedly well. She was careful and precise and understood our needs. Some unexpected problems problems arose with the job such as some dry rot in the bathroom which our project manager dealt without any fuss. By the end of the job which took 3 months including over 4 weeks wait time period because of the cabinet manufacturer. the areas were cleaned and dusted so that moving back in was relatively painless. We are very pleased with the result of the project which looks just beautiful.

I was introduced to Gilad/Triond through a friend who had used them on a previous kitchen remodel. I was very pleased with the results so when we needed updated kitchen and bath we interview them along with 3 others. The price was more that competitive and the results were great. We did new appliances, counter tops as well as new flooring and shower/tub in the bathroom. Could not be happier with the final results.
