If you are considering this business, I best advise is for you to RUN!!! I had a HORRIBLE experience. If a problem arises the owner is either not interested in fixing it or is totally incapable of doing so. I let him install a broken window with assurances that the needed part would be ordered and repair would be done in 3 weeks. Six weeks later nothing. When I made inquiries by text I was subjected to the first round of abuse and nonsense comments but no answers or explanation. Weeks later since nothing still had not happened, I again made inquires. This time I discovered his fond use of the "f" bomb. I have all of this in texts on my phone. With this round of abuse I spoke with the county constable as I was truly concerned as to what this man might do next. It was only when I got the manufacturer involved did I finally, 3 months later, get the broken window replaced by a very nice sales rep from the manufacturer. If you are already involved with this company my advice: do not made a final payment until everything is done to your satisfaction - no broken windows, all moving parts do so easily and smoothly - integrity of caulking inside and out is carefully inspected - do not loan him anything you want back. I did and he simply refuses to return it. I am comfortable using the words theft and thief here. I could go on!!! These comments are just the high points of what took place over a 3 month period. This has been the most dumbfounding experience on any level that I have ever been exposed to. Please be wise and careful. Stay away.

I highly recommend this company. The windows are reasonably priced. Steven takes pride in his work and makes sure everything is seamless, from start to finish. After the job was completed, he took the time to show me everything and answer any questions I had. If you are looking for window install, I recommend you contact Triple 7 Windows.
