This was my first experience with this company and I was hopeful that all would go well but unfortunately I was very disappointed. The actual owner and one of his employees came out to determine the problem I was having with my cooling unit. I was told what the problem was and they claimed to have resolved the issue and to allow a few hours for the unit to cool as normal. By morning, the problem still exist so I placed a call to the owner who stated he would come by that day or the next. He did come back the following day to inform me that there was another issue that needed to be addressed. I did not receive the professional experience that I or any consumer would expect or recommend. Not pleased at all.

Triple A Heating and Cooling/Phil Rash- owner and his crew did a great job. I had a Trane Heat Pump unit installed in attic. We had the HVAC unit and the compressor replaced with a SEER 15 unit, SEER 14 is code now but went 2 notches up from a SEER 12 /13 (can't remember). I got quote from 2 others as well before I decided. I had remembered Phil because he used to work at UNC-Greensboro years ago in facilities maintenance. Phil is also a fireman for the City of Greensboro. Overall they did a good job, when I need to get my downstairs unit replaced, I will call on him as well.
