Paid to have roof installed in February 2023 a substantial sum. I understand this year we had increased rain but as of June 22nd 2023 still no roof and always a reason to stall. Have no idea how good this contractor is about actually doing work as he most likely subbed it out but I have no idea yet

It's going on 7 months I'm still waiting for my bathroom to be finished. I signed the contract with Doug on April 17/23. It was supposed to start in May it didn't start. They put in a window in July, they tore out everything in the bathroom. Doug wrote a note saying my bathroom would be done by the end of July. August put up drywall. September nothing was done the end of October I got the floor.. I still need the shower, vanity and the toilet . I asked him to put the vanity and the shower Parts in my driveway, so I would have them when I the worker needed it . I've heard more excuses from Doug. I wish he could just answer the phone. So we can discuss this. I hope the next review I give is good news.
