    Build my home

    I visited the model on St Route 200 in 2014 and knew I would own a Triple Crown Home! I wasn’t ready to move back home to Florida then, but was aiming for 2020 or 2021. Bruce Campora kept in touch with me the entire time. In 2020 Triple Crown Homes started my new home.
    I still cannot believe this gorgeous home belongs to me! The whole process from start to finish was easy!
    It is true that the entire staff treats you like family! Arlene is exceptionally helpful in helping with selections!
    Jay made sure all the work was done to perfection!
    I chose the Gabriel Model to get started. I worked with Bruce to make a few modifications and the end result is I have my dream home!

    Build a house
    $350,000

    In 2017 our house burned down. We lost everything and were faced to leave the area or rebuild. We chose the later . We looked at a few builders for our new home . We liked the triple crown and decided they would be the best for the job . We went through all the plans and gave our deposit. The actual owner or partner met us at our property after it was cleared .
    We specifically discussed the main house and mother n law suit and in detail spoke about using our existing septic and well. We owned 2 lots and were making a bigger house across both. When we got to the septic and well discussion I made sure to ask do we need to add those or not .
    He said no we can use your existing for both properties . I said are you sure it’s 2 separate properties and he agreed none needed . So away we go 2 mths in ( remember we are homeless living in hotels)
    They call us in for the colors and floors etc ... we go in bringing the whole family for input . When we arrived we were told ohh your property isn’t moving forward .
    I said what . They came out and said we have to charge more for the second septic and well , I said BS I specifically asked . The owner / partner said basically “ you did ask but I was wrong , but that’s not our problem. “
    I was so mad , they tried to charge an extra $10k . They wouldn’t even give me any credit for a wrong price up front knowing I told them specifically to make sure about the well and septic .

    Stay away , they crushed my family for a second time , we lost 2 houses that year

    We love Triple Crown Homes, from lot selection, contracts, design we were in the hands of Pros!! The Plunkett family and their team worked hard in creating and building our home.     I love our home built by Triple Crown Builder. It is beautiful and the quality is amazing. We have owned it for over 3 years and the few minor issues they have handled perfectly. The thing that must be mentioned here is the people that work at this company. The the owners and the employees treat you like family. They are genuine and more important they are honest and sincere. Evergreen Estates is a great neighborhood in Ocala. I only wish there were more stars to give sincerely!

    They are the Best professional kind and goodhearted people I have dealt with. I highly recommend using all their services. Very trustworthy. Having our dream home built as of now. Wouldn't choose anyone else!!!

    very poor workmanship, continuously waiting for sub contractors to correct problems, when they show up. Very poor workmanship, the owners should pay more attention as to the quality of work being performed
