    Repair extensive damage caused by a broken water line.

    We had a water line break causing major damage to our home. Russ Allen came out and agreed to repair the extensive damage which included repair of flooring in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and utility room. Repair of walls in the utility room and bathroom including the tub surround. Reinstalling the water heater and boiler for baseboard heat. Replacing damaged insulation under the floor in the crawl space. His crews did an outstanding job with all of the repairs and did it for a very reasonable price. Any time we had questions about quality Russ was out here immediately to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We are so thankful we chose Triple Eagle Construction for doing our home repairs.

    Build a second deck

    Amazing, amazing, amazing. First everyone was very professional and respectful. Second and most important I had an idea in my head told them my idea and they made it come to life. They added a second bigger deck onto my existing deck. I am the envy of all of my neighbors. I have called other contractors in the past and had problems, triple eagle has given me hope and made me realise their are still contractors that take pride in their work. We are slowly remodeling our house; next the bathroom and triple eagle will be the contractor I use. Thank you very much guys you made my dream come true

    Since no one has posted on this page in months, I am not sure these guys are still in business, but will post our experience anyway.
    Last summer we hired this company to install Hardiboard siding and new windows on our manufactured home. Not one of the custom home builds or remodels featured here, but important to us.
    The preparation for the siding was treated as a side job for these guys (at least that’s how we felt), taking weeks to finish as one or two guys would show up a couple of hours a week to work on it when they were at a standstill on their more important jobs. The siding work itself was given to a crew of new hires who worked hard to finish. However, when they were finished, the professional painter we hired refused to paint the siding until it was “fixed” because it would make his paint job look unprofessional. Russ came out and fixed that so the painting could be done, but only after the painter called him.

    The windows? Eight new windows were installed in one day by a subcontractor. All good until a few days later when it rained and the largest of the windows had a waterfall pouring in. Three days after being called, Russ came out and put caulk around the window. Now, months later, that window is still leaking when it rains or snows, even after we had seamless gutters installed above it. This has ruined parts of the bullnose trim that we installed ourselves, because finish work was not included in the window installation.

    We have had no follow-up call from anyone at this company. Just got paid and done. We won’t be calling them for an estimate on the project we have planned for this summer and we will not recommend them to anyone we know. If you are building a new custom home you might get good results, but don’t bet on it.
