  I have had over 5 fences built my this company over the past 15 years of living in the area. They built privacy fences for my rental properties, estate fencing for my home, and even a beautiful dip fence with gothic finials for my last home. At at last HOA they even built many of my neighbors fencing and the HOA had them build a security fence for the playground, pool area, and tennis courts. I loved every one of my fences and never had any issue with the materials used. All high quality hank you ❤️‍?and thick boards, even handles well against my horses pushing at them to scratch, lol.

  Believe the poor reviews! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've never dealt with a company that will NOT return repeated calls like this one! Just trying to get them to come out and do work is like pulling teeth.

  Triple-K Fence installed my yard fence several years ago. Even back then I had to call them many times to make this happen. They never called me back or returned any of my messages. The fence that was installed looked nice however a number of the 16' boards started to warp and look like curled up Fritos after just a few months. Back to the repeated phone calls and messages to get someone to come out and fix them. After several more months of repeated phone calls someone did show and fixed the boards.

  About a year later, I made many more calls over several weeks to get another 40' section of fence put in. Once again, at no time did anyone call or return my calls. I had to call and insist to speak directly with a sales person. (Corey I believe his name was, which happened to be the same person I dealt with for the original fence section.) They were supposed to bring extra boards with them to repair more curled up pieces of 16' boards from the original install while they were here but failed to do so. Was told they would return and NEVER did!

  A tree fell on the newer section a few months later and I called and spoke to the lady that answers the phone there and again left many messages about getting someone out for a repair quote and to fix the curled up boards. It took over 2-months to get someone out here just to give me a quote.

  Flash forward a year to the recent snow storm that knocked all the trees down. Several trees fell on my fence and damaged a few sections of it. Called last week Monday to have them come and repair the previous damaged section and the newer damaged sections. Spoke to the same lady. Waited 10-days and nothing. Called again early this morning and left a detailed voicemail. Again, no call back. Just called them in the afternoon and the same lady answers but she says it's "out of her control" and "doesn't know who's control it's in". She's unable to tell me who there even cares about their customers after I express my frustration at their lack of communication and poor customer service. She seemed more interested in hanging up the phone than getting me taken care of.

  I've given Triple-K fencing opportunity after opportunity to earn my business but today was the last straw. I'm done with them and I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your fencing needs.

  We requested a quote online for the construction of a Fence for our property sometime in July 2020. They responded with a quote and advised that we proceed with the relevant application to our HOA. My wife and I finally decided on getting the project going a few weeks outside of the original quote expiration and I sent an email to the company to which he responded that once we are ready to move forward they will move forward with the project . I reached out once more less than a week ago and requested a slight discount from the quoted price and the agent reverted back that they will be passing on my job and that I should find another company to build my fence. I reached out once more indicating that I intend to move forward with the original quote and was met with the same response that they will be passing on my project and offered no respite or any room for renegotiation.

  I followed up with a call in the event someone in Customer Service would listen and work with us in resuscitating the effort or offer some clarity and I was told in stark terms that they do not need my business and I should move along. This by far has been my worst Customer Service experience ever and I feel severely slighted and made to feel less than by the condescending and rude manner in which I was treated. I pray an investigation is conducted into this establishment and verify whether "Customer Service" is in anyway ingrained in their culture. I am aghast at the treatment received and would not wish for anyone else to undergo this downright discrimination and lack of moral decency

  I RATE THIS COMPANY A ZERO BECAUSE THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT WE GOT WHEN WE CONTACTED THEM TO BUILD A SPECIAL FENCE FOR OUR HOME--WE HAD SEEN ONE OF THEIR FENCES AND LOVED IT . WE CONTACTED THEM AND REQUESTED A FREE ESTIMATE,WE HAD A MAN "C" COME TO OUR HOME , MEASURE AND LEAVE SAYING HE WOULD GIVE US A WRITTEN ESTIMATE.AFTER 6 PHONE CALLS FINALLY HE RETURNED BACK TO THE HOUSE TO LOOK THE YARD OVER AGAIN AND STATED HE WOULD DROP OFF THE ESTIMATE IN A FEW DAYS.NEVER HAPPENED--REALLY WANTED THAT PARTICULAR FENCE THAT THEY BUILD SO I DECIDED TO CALL TODAY(SEVERAL MONTHS LATER) TO ASK WHY THEY HAD NOT CONTACTED US AS PROMISED, OR IF THEY JUST DID NOT WANT TO BUSINESS WITH US. ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER WAS TRANSFERED TO "B" WHO STATED HE WAS THE OWNER. HE CALLED ME NAMES CURSED ME AND MADE THREATS TO ME--IM SHOCKED !!! HE SOUNDED INTOXICATED???JUST WANTED THAT BEAUTIFUL FENCE BUILT AT MY HOME--JUST WANTED TO GET THE ESTIMATE AND MAKE A TRANSACTION---WANTED TO KEEP OUR MONEY AND PURCHASES LOCAL IN THESE HARD ECONOMICAL TIMES.------ SOOOOO GLAD NO MONEY OR CONTRACTS WERE EXCHANGED!!! WOW--BEWARE CONSUMERS -- MY HUSBAND IS A DISABLED AMERICAN VETERAN, RETIRED FROM THE MILITARY, MYSELF A NURSE FOR 35 YEARS.HAVE WORKED HARD FOR ALL WE HAVE , AND GRATEFUL TO GOD FOR IT! WE HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANY THING LIKE THIS IN ALL OUR 35 YEARS OF MARRIED LIFE. WE A CHRISTIAN PEOPLE AND TRY TO TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY THAT GOD WOULD WANT US TO. WE FEE VIOLATED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST!!!SO VERY DISAPOINTED!!!!!!
