Frank Martin and his team did an excellent job installing our home theater system, including a 75" Samsung Smart TV, receiver and speakers. Frank selected and installed all components. His recommendations were excellent, his work was very professional and pricing was reasonable. Frank and team were always on-time and very efficient. We liked working with Triple Platinum.
We had developed a variety of TV, speaker, streaming, and remote control problems that needed to be "fixed!"
Frank was knowledgeable, tenacious and focused on fixing every problem we had.
Not only that, he had a great client focus. He realized that the two of us were, let's say, kind of low tech. He stayed with us until he was sure we understood the systems and could use them properly. I am sure some people would have given up on us but Frank stayed on it.
We would not hesitate to call Frank, if and when we want to make upgrades or if we develop new issues with our AV systems.
