Nick saved our lives! We had family coming into town and our furnace went out so we had no heat in the middle of winter. Josh Francis recommended Nick at Triple T. We had already gotten a quote from another company that quoted us well over $1000 more than what we were charged from Triple T, and said we couldn’t get the part for at least 3 days. We felt like that other company was way over charging or misdiagnosing, and we were right. Nick was busy but he made an effort to come out the next day after contacting him, he knew exactly what the issue was, which was totally different from what the first company said. He fixed our heater in less than an hour at a price we were happy with. It pays to get a second opinion, literally. Definitely recommend Triple T and Nick for any HVAC concerns! Thank you!!
