Triple Threat Electric was founded in 2019 by two friends who worked together and realized that their core values of teamwork, integrity and commitment aligned with what they had envisioned for their own company. Their attention to detail and responsiveness to client needs remains the company credo and has led to its success in a competitive industry. The company’s ability to address changing conditions and demands has made them stand out in the construction world. Triple Threat Electric offer their clients a business partner who will facilitate the entire construction process; including pre – construction concerns, development of construction budgets and cost effective schedule as possible. Triple Threat Electric provides general contracting, construction management and electrical services to a broad range of commercial and residential clients throughout Arizona. Joseph Santillan - CEO of Triple Threat Electric.
Born and raised in Phoenix AZ, he always knew he wanted to own his own company someday. Joseph has worked in the high end residential construction industry since 2000. He has single handedly seen the market shift throughout the last two decades.
He started out as an electrical apprentice and worked his way up to running multi million dollar jobs for the valleys elite residential clients. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial renovations and ground - up construction projects. As owner, Joseph’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall development of projects including site meetings with the entire construction team and coordination of subcontractors.

Jonathan Mangan - CFO of Triple Threat Electric.
Born and raised in Phoenix AZ, he has witnessed the growth in Arizona and has worked on everything from hotels to restaurants and has watched the Phoenix market boom. He holds licensing in electrical , mechanical and general contracting.
Through his commitment to excellence and a dedication to professionalism, Jonathan Mangan has continued to exceed industry standards by forming strong professional partnerships based on integrity, ingenuity and reliability. Jonathan provides consultations and assistance in value engineering while also ensuring the project comes in on time and within budget. These characteristics, along with deep rooted ties to Valley of the Sun have enabled Jonathan and his company to become a respected name in contracting.
